Data Processing Related to Orders and Invoicing

Legal Background and Basis:
Act CXII of 2011 (Infotv.) and Act C of 2000 on Accounting (Sztv.). Legal basis: your consent (Infotv. §5 (1) a)), and if withdrawn, the Controller’s legal obligation per Infotv. §6 (5) a) in compliance with accounting laws.

Purpose: Issuing invoices and fulfilling legal obligations to retain accounting records.
Scope of Processed Data: Name/company name, address, email, phone number.
Duration: Invoices must be retained for 8 years from the date of issuance as per Sztv. §169 (2). Even if consent is withdrawn, the Controller may retain data for 8 years as required by law.


Additional Data Processing

If the Controller intends to conduct further data processing, prior notice will be provided.
The Controller is legally obliged to comply with official data requests based on statutory authority. A record is kept of all such data transfers, including recipient authority, type of data, legal basis, and date, in accordance with Infotv. §15 (2)-(3), and information is provided upon request unless excluded by law.

During the data processing period, you have the right to:

The Controller shall respond to requests in writing within 25 days. If the Controller denies correction, deletion, or restriction, reasons will be provided within 25 days.

You may object to processing if:

  • It is based on the Controller’s legal obligation or legitimate interest;
  • Your data is used for direct marketing, opinion polling, or scientific research without your consent.

The Controller shall examine the objection within 15 days and inform you of the result in writing.
